TV boxes that cannot be activated, faltering internet modems and subscriptions that cannot be cancelled: even six months after the start of the malaise, the stream of complaints about Telenet continues. In the meantime, some 3,300 customers have become so annoyed with the provider that they have requested the intervention of the Telecom ombudsman, according to new figures from HLN. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. What can customers do? “It is only logical that there will be compensation.”
