Gut-Behrami leads Switzerland
In the Swiss team, hopes rest primarily on Lara Gut-Behrami, who won the giant slalom in Killington this winter. Wendy Holdener, Michelle Gisin and Camille Rast are also good for a top ten placement. The squad is completed by Andrea Ellenberger, Simone Wild, Corinne Suter, Vivianne Härri, Vanessa Kasper and Stefanie Grob.

Is the knot bursting at ÖSV?
The ÖSV starters could not build on the strong results of the last few years this winter. Everything should be different at the home game, but the next disappointment followed. Katharina Liensberger was the best Austrian yesterday in 13th place. Katharina Truppe, Ricarda Haaser and Stephanie Brunner were at least in the top 20. All four are also there today, as well as Ramona Siebenhofer, Franziska Gritsch, Katharina Huber, Elisa Mörzinger, Julia Scheib, Elisabeth Kappaurer and Nina Astner.

DSV duo at the start
The German Ski Association is again in the giant slalom only with a very small contingent at the start. Andrea Filser and Jessica Hilzinger are trying their luck again today and want to reach at least the second round. Filser missed the final yesterday, Hilzinger dropped out in the first run.
