Almost two-thirds of municipalities have too few social housing units

Nearly two-thirds of municipalities have too few social rental homes, according to calculations by Fidelity† The housing market plans that Minister Hugo de Jonge (Public Housing and Spatial Planning) sent to the House of Representatives two weeks ago state that at least 30 percent of all homes must fall into the ‘social rental’ category, but that turns out to be a difficult task.
