The Russian army has almost lost its entire 155th Marine Brigade, an elite group of 5,000 soldiers, in failed attacks on the village of Voehledar in southeastern Ukraine. That says a Ukrainian commander to ‘Politico’. Video footage shows how the Russians have been driving themselves into minefields around the village for weeks, with disastrous consequences. “The Ukrainians just have to mow down the attackers like in a shooting gallery,” says the widely read war blogger Igor Girkin.
