After the film trilogy, the serial adaptation. All that remains is that crime is a sort of brand that revolves around the cast made up of some of the most established faces of contemporary Italian comedy: Marco Giallini, Gian Marco Tognazzi, Giampaolo Morelli.

After being catapulted into dangerous situations, confronted with the Magliana gang or in fascist Italy at the end of the regime, in this series released for Sky Serie and available in streaming on Now, the gang composed of Moreno (Giallini), Giuseppe ( Tognazzi) and Claudio (Morelli) meet again in 1970, at the height of the student protests.

Projecting the friends – always looking for a quick way to earn money – is the scientist friend Gianfranco (Massimiliano Bruno) with his time machine. In these six episodes, Giuseppe wants to return to the past to meet his real mother and change the course of history; the three thus find themselves frequenting the circles of the extra-parliamentary left, forming friendships with unlikely characters, until they are overwhelmed by the Borghese coup of that year. Once again they will therefore have to save Italy.

All we have to say is that the crime owes a lot to the cast; the harmony and talent of the three is the real key of a product that wants to make you smile by mocking history. For those who love Italian comedy and that humor bent to sarcasm.
