An 82-year-old woman shows herself militant at a memorial site for the recently deceased Putin critic Alexei Navalny: “Putin is inhuman and has betrayed our country. He is in power illegally!”

The woman can be arrested for this, because expressing mourning for the deceased opposition leader is not tolerated, let alone openly opposing the Russian president. As dangerous as the statement may be, the older woman seems determined: “I am absolutely not afraid. All they can do is kill me.”

Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny died in a prison camp in Russia after being sentenced to 30 years in prison. Since then, more than 400 people have been arrested for openly mourning at memorial sites.
