Everyone in Drenthe has water from the tap again. In 24 places in the province, the water pipes had been broken by falling trees as a result of storm Eunice.
On Saturday, eight teams worked all day and were able to repair the water pipes in 21 places. The three locations where it is still broken will be tackled on Sunday.
“Everyone has water again,” said a spokesperson for WMD water. “Although in some places it is still with a somewhat lower pressure.”
