When and where will the Darts World Cup 2024 take place?

  • As usual, the Darts World Championship will take place at the turn of the year. The 31st edition of the World Championship tournament, hosted by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC), begins on Friday, December 15, 2023.
  • With the exception of Christmas (December 24th to 26th) and New Year’s Eve, there are matches to be seen every day until the final on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024.

  • The Englishman Michael Smith won the Darts World Cup 2023 after a 7:4 win against Michael van Gerwen from the Netherlands. It was the first World Cup title ever for the 33-year-old, who is also known by the nickname “Bully Boy”. Smith was runner-up in the world championship in 2019 and 2022.
