The Council of State withdrew two permits from 2018 in February. As a result, the operation of attractions such as the Kondaa roller coaster or the Fun Pilot children’s roller coaster was no longer possible.
Now the permit from the Walloon administration has been obtained, which means that Walibi can open completely without risk of prosecution. The license does impose new operating conditions that are not yet known. According to the RTBF, for example, it would concern environmental aspects, such as noise standards.
