President of the Republic Alexander Stubb and Mrs. Suzanne Insew-Stubb will visit Vöyr and Vaasa on Tuesday, April 29.
On Tuesday morning, the presidential couple will meet students from different schools in Vöyr at the Norrvalla Sports Hall. A Swedish visa representative Kaj is also attended at the meeting. The band is from Vöyr.
Kaj also performs at the event.
During the day, the presidential couple will meet the Ostrobothnians at an open public event off the Vöyr Municipal House.
From Vöyr, the presidential couple’s journey continues to the University of Vaasa. Alexander Stubb receives the honorary doctoral title, which was awarded to him in the September 2024 promotion. Stubb also speaks at the event about world politics.
Tuesday’s last program number is a visit to the Wärtsilä Technology Center in Vaskiluoto, Vaasa, where the presidential couple will learn about the operation, research and product development of the Technology Center.
