«I have been living in a wheelchair for eight months» said the movie star. And, in fact, even in his last Instagram post, which dates back to August, he appears seated in a wheelchair. The same one we also saw recently in Rome and which denotes an obvious health problem. «I look at the world from half height» added the star, referring precisely to the impossibility of standing.
An operation that didn’t go well

In the interview the actor revealed the cause of this condition: «I’m doing some therapy for an operation that didn’t go well, then I had another one». An operation gone wrong, therefore, forces him to remain seated. With repercussions not only on a physical level but also on a psychological level: «I’m in a decidedly fragile state of mind right now. In short, you have found me at a time when reflection and yearning are particularly strong» he explained.

However, despite his condition, «I’m trying to recover. I work, I rehearse in the theatre, I go to concerts but I’m not independent” He admitted. Indeed, during the Rome Film Fest, we saw him on the red carpet with Michele Placido to attend the film The shadow of Caravaggio. On that occasion, however, that very wheelchair had not gone unnoticed. And now it is the actor himself who wants to clarify a decidedly negative period.
