Almost all of Alepa have adopted the new Hyvikkihevi concept in May. The idea is to sell fruits and vegetables that have seen their best, but are still edible at a discount of one euro per kilo. The idea for Hyvikkihevi came from the store staff.
Hyvikkihevi products are sold from separate sales furniture, from which the customer can choose the fruits and vegetables he wants.
