Actor Alec Baldwin was charged with manslaughter.
Baldwin has been indicted by a New Mexico grand jury Rust– because of a fatal accident that happened on the set of the movie, Reuters reports. He is charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter.
Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins died on the set of the film in 2021 when a prop gun used by Baldwin went off. The director of the film, Joel Souza, was also injured in the situation.
This is the second time the actor has been charged for the incident. Charges were brought against him a year ago, but were dismissed a few months later.
