The FC Barcelona supporters clubs are in mourning. During the early hours of Wednesday to this Thursday Alberto Caloggero, president of the Peña Barcelonista Nicolau Casaus of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and member of the Advisory Council of Peña Barcelonistas, has died. Caloggero had been suffering from an illness for a year that, in recent days, worsened and he could not overcome.
His name became popular among the FC Barcelona supporters clubs for being the host of the program “Barça Radio Argentina” from April 2004 until, practically, the present. Caloggero He worked at Casal de Catalunya in Buenos Aires and was a technical commercial advisor at a corn refinery.
Caloggero became interested in Barcelona from his grandfather, who was Catalan, and in 2004 he started a radio program with Barça as the protagonist. A space in which everything could fit, from interviews, to reports, to discussions and opinions.
