Before the official part started, the prince and princess came to take a look at the paddock where they were greeted enthusiastically by the different teams. For example, after the training sessions there was a meeting with world champion Max Verstappen, who received two kisses from Charlene, and Sebastian Vettel was also talked to.
It is the first time since 2019 that Charlene shows up again at the Monaco Grand Prix.
Charlene returned to Monaco last month after spending six months in her home country of South Africa with an ear, nose and throat infection. She was operated on several times before that. Due to complications, recovery took several months. At the end of April, she appeared again with Albert in public for the first time.
