In the basketball Bundesliga, the game between Löwen Braunschweig and Alba Berlin, which was originally scheduled for Sunday, has been canceled.
As the Braunschweiger announced, ten members of the team have tested positive for the corona virus. The Braunschweiger made an application for a game transfer.
For scheduling reasons, however, the game cannot be rescheduled as the playoffs begin on May 13th.
In their press release, the Braunschweig team also stated that the league would decide on the game rating in a timely manner. Accordingly, the quotient rule could be applied.
With currently 26 wins and six defeats under their belt and only one game left, Alba Berlin would finish first in the main round.
