TOlain Delon was placed under judicial protection. French TV announced it BFM according to which the 88-year-old actor he will be able to continue and carry out many actions but not some of the most important ones, such as the sale of a property, which will be entrusted to third parties. The measure is temporary and less drastic than the possibility of placing the movie star under the complete guardianship with total control, over every decision, of a designated guardian. But the decision could be enough to put an end to the family feud.

According to reports in the French media, for the actor was nominated a support administrator who will also assist him in health follow-up and in the choice of doctors. In the past the star was struck first by a stroke and then by lymphoma and today his psychophysical conditions have worsened.
The children’s reaction
The decision to place the actor under judicial guardianship was welcomed positively by his children. «A decision that must be welcomed» said Anouchka Delon through his lawyer, Frank Berton. Also Anthony Delon, the eldest son, commented on the decision: «If it can set the record straight and prevent lawyers from talking about my father’s illness without even looking at the documents, that’s a good thing. This medical controversy will end once and for all», he told BFMTV.
The war of the Delon clan
The French actor has long been at the center of one family war which seems like an “all against all”. Everyone believes they want to “protect” in his own way Alain Delon after the stroke. The two sons Anthony, 59, and Alain-Fabien, 29 – who have obtained judicial protection in France – argue that the actor is manipulated by his daughter Anouchka, 33 years old. Who, they say, would like to take him with her to Switzerland only to avoid the inheritance taxes she would have to pay if Delon died in France.
In turn, however, Anouchka accuses the two brothers of not looking out for their parent and of putting his life at risk because he could receive better medical care in Switzerland. And finally there is Delon’s caregiver/friend/companion, Hiromi Rollin, who, after being reported by her children, in turn reported all three of them, accusing them of attempted murder.

Alain Delon was impressed by a stroke in June 2016 and two more strokes in 2019. Since then his health conditions have gradually worsened significantly. And in September 2021, after a fall that caused him a head injury, he was reportedly diagnosed with a tumor of the lymphatic system, a slowly evolving lymphoma.
And to cure this tumor, according to his son the actor has been subjected to since September 2022 an experimental therapy which was above all palliative, because his body was not able to withstand normal chemotherapy treatments.
However, this treatment has now also been suspended because the treatment was debilitating him even more than the tumor, the progression of which is however very slow. The fact that the star’s health conditions are particularly compromised is also confirmed by the fact that already in 2022, Delon apparently asked to be euthanized. And on July 20, 2023, she allegedly made the same request to a doctor who visited him at his residence in Douchy, in southern France.
