Beyond the historic Treble hit by the team coached by Guardiola, Al-Mubarak also spoke of the results achieved by the other teams belonging to his group: “We are continuing to grow in a very thoughtful way. Last summer Palermo joined us: they are a club with a great history, which represents a great region. He was promoted from Serie C to Serie B, now we have a project to carry on.”

The City Group’s support for the Rosanero in the coming months could make the difference: “We support the club in terms of management, academy and infrastructure – continued the 48-year-old patron -. It is inevitable that the team will grow and it is legitimate to expect that Palermo will arrive in Serie A very soon. We are talking about a great club, for which we have goals of a certain depth in mind”.
