Manninen’s holiday fiasco over the Christmas holidays got Finns at their keyboards.
Wellness coaches Aki and Rita Manninen were stuck in Cancún, Mexico just before the Christmas holidays due to problems with the tour operator TUI. In addition, the family’s dog died during the trip in Finland and there was water damage in their home.
Manninen’s vacation fiasco and Wednesday’s return to Finland interested both the media and social media followers. The situation was closely followed, for example, on several Finnish discussion forums.
