Aki and Rita Mannen’s holiday horrors continue: Water damage at home!

Aki and Rita Manninen the family vacation has taken another nasty turn. The Manninen’s vacation to Mexico started sadly at the beginning of December, when the family’s beloved dog Putin died at the age of 9.

Now Aki tells Instagram– in his stories that he received another intercepting phone call last night. On the island they own in Pori, terrible things have happened during their vacation.

– There is water damage on the island. I called the insurance company and grandma and nephew, and asked them to go and see the situation and turn off the faucets, Aki says in the story sections.

– Grandma was running on slippery stones and has been to close the locks, he added.

Rita tells Instagram– in his stories that one of the buildings on the island has been flooded due to a broken pipe. According to him, professionals have removed water from the building and torn open the laminate floors.

– These adversities on our Mexico vacation are beginning to be enough, he states.

Aki says in his Instagram stories that he is especially upset that the misfortunes happened while the family was abroad.

– Of course, everything happens when I’m away from the game. I can’t do anything at all. I would have liked to be there in every situation, Aki laments.

The couple told Iltalehte at the beginning of November that they live on the island most of their time. They had recently removed their Lempäälän apartment from sale due to the current housing market situation. The couple planned to build a house on the island they own, but with adversity, their dream is shifted.

– Yes, we still have time to do everything, there is nothing wrong with this, and the situation is not unpleasant. Let’s see what the future brings – things can move forward quickly, Rita stated.
