Mohamed Daramy plays on loan for FC Copenhagen this season. The 20-year-old wing attacker was taken over from the Danish football club for an amount of at least twelve million euros last summer. There is no option to purchase included in the lease.
Daramy was able to under the new trainer Alfred Schreuder, partly due to the arrival of Steven Bergwijn, count on little playing time in Amsterdam. Daramy wants to play a lot with a view to the upcoming World Cup in order to have a chance of a place in the selection of Denmark. The wing attacker has played four international matches for the Scandinavian country to date.
Last season, Daramy played sixteen matches in Ajax’s main squad and managed to score three times. In addition, he also played nine matches for Jong Ajax, in which he was accurate once.
