Ajax and Fulham FC have reached an agreement on Calvin Bassey’s transfer fee, various media report. Ajax would receive 21 million euros for the defender. The Nigerian will be in the selection for the friendly against Anderlecht on Saturday afternoon.
Last season, Bassey was bought from Rangers FC for 23 million euros. Ajax has agreed a resale percentage with Fulham. As a result, there is a chance that they can still earn from the defender in the future. Bassey and his management still have to agree to the transfer.

There was actually no question of a happy marriage between Bassey and Ajax. The Nigerian international received a lot of criticism for his football skills.
