Agustin Giay, the Argentine that Inter wants in January

The San Lorenzo winger was captain of Argentina at the Under 20 World Cup and is one of the most interesting young players in South America: the Nerazzurri are thinking about him for the future, with competition from half of Europe

the anecdotal, halfway between legend and story, tells that once mother Lorena – in one of the many visits to the San Lorenzo facilities – decided to show up at the Pedro Bidegain stadium with the intention of… blessing it. Whether the auspicious gesture goes hand in hand with Pope Francis’ support for the Buenos Aires team or not, in fact shortly after little Agustin Giay, then eighteen years old, scored the first goal of his professional career against Boca Juniors, right in front of the crowd at the Nuevo Gasometro, another name for the facility.
