THE HAGUE – Farmers’ movement Agractie calls on its supporters to take up new protests. “We have to persevere with our actions. Whether that is a public-friendly one, such as soon with the start of the Vuelta, or actions that are sharper, they have to take place. Sometimes with as little effort as possible, because we are all busy, but with a great effect. Think, for example, of organizing standstills in busy places in your area. You can often achieve this with smaller groups,” says dairy farmer Erik Luiten, one of the leaders of Agractie, in a video message published on Monday.
