Agnes Van Obberghen from Brabant was the fastest in the 100 meter breaststroke for 90 to 94 year olds in the Lago swimming pool. She swam the hundred meters on lane five in 2.14.49. She thus breaks the world record that was previously held by a Russian. And Agnes Van Obberghen can still break records, now that she appears to be in such good shape: she will compete in other distances at the Belgian Championship in Kortrijk next weekend.
