A car burned down in the Asser district of De Lriks last night. The fire at the Stroom was discovered shortly before two o’clock.
The car was parked near a flat. The fire brigade extinguished the fire. Nothing is known about the cause.
In recent months, car fires have regularly raged in Assen. Several scooters also went up in flames. The police are investigating this.
