Amazon goes to the European Court of Justice against the new law on digital services. The law, which was approved last summer, requires major digital platforms to strengthen the rights of their users and reduce the risks of abuse. The e-commerce giant does not agree with the decision of the European Commission to be classified among the largest online platforms. Earlier, clothing and cosmetics webshop Zalando also challenged that decision.
