Before they go on the road, the employees all undergo safety training, although there was initially some panic after the accident.
“It was a lot of life among ourselves in our internal WhatsApp group, like ‘is everything okay?’, ‘didn’t he hurt himself?’, and so on,” says Pieter Vanlersberghe. “But when we start analyzing afterwards, ‘how did it happen?’, it turns out that he followed the necessary procedures, then that fear is… then that fear has been replaced by common sense.”
