Supermarket Ter Borch ‘hot issue’
According to the plans, the supermarket in Ter Borch must have approximately 2,000 square meters of floor space and more than 200 parking spaces. Its arrival has been the subject of debate for years. The municipality of Tynaarlo was initially in favor of the plan, but later became an opponent, only to eventually be in favor again.
A narrow majority approved the construction at the end of last year. Twelve councilors voted in favour, eleven others against.
