In Hollywood there is a risk of blocking films and TV series: the screenwriters are on strike

In South Korea, computers are turned off at 6pm by government order. If “PC off” is an attempt to change the habits of employees who for generations have lived only to produce, many in the United States choose not to take the holidays they are entitled to. Conversely, in Kuwait, petrodollars allow you to employ even 20 people for the same position. And hardly anyone finds something to do.

The Italian-Swedish Gandini, who with Videocracy (2009) scrutinized the power that TV has to influence our choices, takes stock of modern fears that automation (and now artificial intelligence) evokes in those who, in the four corners of the world, persist in working.
