Erdal Güneş, at the press conference held after the match, stated that they got out of a tight schedule and said that they played their third match in 7 days.
Expressing that this tight schedule has negative effects on the team in terms of fatigue, Güneş said:
“Today we came here first for a win, if not for a draw. We faced many things that we thought and planned. Especially in the second half of the match, we caught the draw and caught the positions that could win. Unfortunately, it didn’t happen. Of course, there will be road accidents like this. After all, we came out of a very tight schedule. We have shortcomings. Today we lacked 3 injured and 2 suspended players. We have a good squad, but we are limited. Hopefully we will get over this defeat as soon as possible and we will have a chance to both rest and train with the team next week. It was a road accident. You will see a better, more willing, more competitive team.”
