After relegation from 3rd league
Coach Ronny Thielemann and third division relegated FSV Zwickau go their separate ways. This was officially announced by the “Swans” on Friday evening. The contract is terminated by mutual agreement. “In open and honest discussions, both parties agreed that this solution is best for everyone involved,” wrote the FSV in a statement.
Thielemann took over Zwickau in February, but was no longer able to prevent relegation after seven years in the 3rd division. In 17 games under the 49-year-old, FSV scored an average of 1.06 points. It is not yet known who will succeed Thielemann and where the UEFA Pro license holder will end up.
