Upamecano had received a controversial red card from referee Tobias Welz for an emergency brake in the 8th minute of the 2-3 Bundesliga match against Borussia Mönchengladbach. The defender is missing for the Munich team on Sunday (5.30 p.m.) in the top game against 1. FC Union Berlin.
