France has docked the rescue ship Ocean Viking with 230 migrants rescued at sea in the military port of Toulon, after bitter talks with Italy over the issue. The right-wing government in Rome refused to assign the Norwegian ship of SOS Méditerranée a port, leaving it wandering at sea for more than two weeks.
