FRANKFURT (Dow Jones) — Vonovia shares rose by around 2 percent in after-hours trading at Lang & Schwarz on Thursday. In the evening, the residential real estate company announced, among other things, that the dividend for 2022 would be halved to EUR 0.85 per share for 2022. Previously, competitors such as LEG, TAG or Grand City Properties had completely canceled their dividends for 2022.
In addition to Vonovia, the subsidiary Deutsche Wohnen also presented its 2022 figures and reported funds from operations at the previous year’s level. The stock gained 0.7 percent.
