FRANKFURT (Dow Jones)–GK Software made slight gains in after-hours trading on Friday. Shortly after the end of Xetra trading, it became known that the Japanese Fujitsu group had been successful with its takeover bid for the software specialist and was thus becoming the new majority owner. At Lang & Schwarz, the GRP price rose by around 1 percent.
Synbiotic was up nearly 6 percent. The cannabis company had canceled a planned rights issue in the evening and is now raising fresh liquidity with a private placement and the issuance of a convertible bond. Around 2.5 million euros could come together.
