Three from Westenholte district of Zwolle receive an award: ‘Wanted to give something back for the nice living’
When it comes to the efforts for Westenholte, Koos Bakker feels ‘a little boy’ compared to the couple André van den Akker and Bregje van de Lisdonk. “Without these two people, the neighborhood association would never have flourished.” The royal award is for all three residents of Zwolle.
