9 million purchase played 9 times
Lisandro Magallán and Ajax Amsterdam have parted ways. The contract that was originally valid until the end of the season was terminated. The central defender, who was hired by Boca Juniors for 9 million euros at the beginning of 2019, has only made two short appearances this season, with a total of only nine for the Eredivisie record champions. Now he is drawn to FC Elche in Spain.
The LaLiga bottom announced on Thursday afternoon that Magallán signed a working paper until the end of the season. It’s his second stop in Spain after playing for Deportivo Alavés in the 2019/20 season. Elche is Magallán’s fifth club abroad.
Ajax and Magallán have terminated their contract.
All the best in the future, Lisandro!
