After barely three and a half months of rule, there is again a crisis atmosphere around the government of Montenegro. The Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), led by pro-Western President Milo Djukanovic, has announced it will withdraw its support for Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic’s minority government.
