They are suspected of possibly planning a terrorist attack.
It now concerns 2 Dutch boys aged 16 and 19 from Eindhoven and Deventer. A spokesman for the Public Prosecutor’s Office confirms a story to that effect in the AD and its regional newspapers.

Most of the suspects arrested in Belgium have Chechen nationality and are believed to belong to a group of “fervent” supporters of the Islamic State terrorist organization. Three of them had Belgian nationality. According to the Belgian public prosecutor, the group had, as far as is known, not yet chosen a concrete target.
The 16-year-old Eindhoven resident was also arrested on May 4. He will certainly be detained until mid-June. The 19-year-old from Deventer was arrested on Tuesday and will be brought before the examining magistrate in Rotterdam on Friday. He will then decide whether he can be held longer.
