After a goal in La Bombonera, now new contract for AZ talent Dave Kwakman

In the summer of 2015, Kwakman made the step from RKAV Volendam to the youth academy of AZ Youth Academy. This season, the 19-year-old midfielder mainly plays his matches for Jong AZ in the first division. The counter currently stands at 21 matches. He hasn’t scored yet. Debut

“The club’s appreciation and trust provide a great feeling,” Kwakman says on AZ’s digital platform. “Last season I made my debut in the Kitchen Champion Division and I am now going to play there more and more. I have also been able to play minutes in the Premier League. It is becoming more and more serious and that is exactly the intention.”

Kwakman is not currently traveling to Bosnia & Herzegovina. Trainer Pascal Jansen has not included him in the 22-man selection for the European match against HŠK Zrinjski Mostar.
