“The investigations by the public prosecutor’s office in Heidelberg and the Neckargemünd police station have led to sufficient suspicion that that the accused driver of a Lamborghini sports car was to blame for a traffic accident on March 9th, 2022 on the federal highway 45 between Neckargemünd and Bammentalin which the driver of a car was slightly injured,” says a press release from the Heidelberg public prosecutor’s office on Tuesday.
District Court of Heidelberg decides on the issuance of the penalty order against Samassekou
Samassekou is accused of not being able to stop in time because of “inattention, insufficient safety distance or excessive speed”. The District Court of Heidelberg must now decide whether to issue the requested penalty order. Until a final guilty verdict, Samassekou is presumed innocent.
