The start of AFC was good, because within nine minutes it was awarded a penalty kick. This golden opportunity was used by Joel Tillema: 1-0. The score was doubled via Splinter de Mooij. Carlito Fermina made the connection goal in the injury time of the first half: 2-1.

The tension disappeared quite quickly after the break due to a goal from Melvin Platje. Guus van Weerdenburg had another great chance, but his effort was turned by goalkeeper Tom Boks. However, he still had to take a goal against Tillema.

Next week AFC will play the squatter against De Treffers, which can take over the lead again tomorrow. Then the team from Groesbeek will play against OFC from Oostzaan.

2-6

There was a tennis result today at Jong FC Volendam. The game started after a minute’s silence for Jim (15), who was killed in a Volendam accident. The promises soon had to take a hit. It was Serginho Fatima, who scored the opening goal from a corner kick. Both teams had another great chance, before Rob van der Leij doubled the margin for HHC: 0-2. The afternoon became more annoying for Volendam, after Matthijs Harddijk scored the third goal.

In the second half it was again hit after five minutes. This time Hardijk was again the finisher: 0-4. Tayrell Wouter had the honor hit on his shoe, but goalkeeper Nick Borgman stood in the way. It was Van der Leij, who scored the fifth goal of the afternoon moments later. Quincy Hoeve and Diego Gustavo scored for Volendam, but because Mike Reuvers scored in between, it became 2-6.

Jong FC Volendam’s next match is against Katwijk next week. They are still second to last with as many points as IJsselmeervogels.

FC Lisse cheers, while Royal HFC is disappointed – Pro Shots / Sonny Lensen

FC Lisse – Royal HFC 2-1

11′ Max Hudepohl 1-0
65′ Enzo Stroo 2-0
94′ Jim Hulleman 2-1

HFC did not start the confrontation with FC Lisse sharply. The team from the Bollenstreek had a huge chance after two minutes, but goalkeeper Mitchel Michaelis was sharp in the one-on-one with Jaap Zwetsloot. It was Max Hudepohl who put Lisse ahead after eleven minutes. He flawlessly shot the ball into the goal: 1-0. Zakaria Eddahchouri then had a great chance, but his shot went over the goal. Just before the break, Landsmelaar Enzo Stroo was able to double the score. Michaelis was again a bummer.

The team from Haarlem had plenty of chances in the second half, but they were not used. Stroo eventually made it 2-0 from a counter. Sietse Brandsma and Jacob Noordmans tried to turn the tide. A goal from Jim Hulleman deep in stoppage time came too late.

Due to the defeat, HFC is in fourteenth place in the second division. Spakenburg will be the last opponent of 2022 next week.
