The Nederlandse Vissersbond and PO Delta Zuid have advised fishermen not to catch shrimp in the Western Scheldt for the time being. The organizations have found PFAS values that are too high, as was announced after reporting by the Dutch program Frontline. The program makers point to the 3M factory in Zwijndrecht in Belgium.
