Adrián, what were the beginnings of your company like and for what purpose did you carry it out?

Adrián Elterman Propiedades was born at a difficult time in my life, in which I had to make crucial decisions and define a long-term path, in the midst of a constantly changing environment. Always with the drive that characterizes me and my family, I made the decision to open a real estate business, taking into account that throughout my life I had made the necessary relationships to carry out that challenge, relying on people of trust.

I was able to see a business full of possibilities within a sector that I was passionate about. It was then that I was able to merge my dream of entrepreneurship with a deep passion for construction and development. He had a clear vision of how he could provide added value to something as essential as housing, satisfying the needs of the consumer and offering something beyond the conventional. In an industry where trust is fundamental to success, I always aimed to build a solid brand based on the pillars of seriousness, experience and treating clients as part of my family.

What services do you offer to the public?

The services we provide to our clients are: Well Investments; Money Benefit by %; Investments in Personal Property; Real Estate Advisor on Buying and Selling Properties; Judicial Auction Advisor; Builder and Developer and Successions.

How do you project your brand in the medium term?

We plan to be leaders in the Real State and construction market. We aim to enhance our strengths, seriousness, experience, product quality, design and increase the reach of the company nationwide.

Our vision is based on building strong and lasting relationships with our clients, partners and the community in general. We will foster an environment of collaboration and trust, where each interaction is a step toward building lasting and mutually beneficial ties.

A significant moment in our history was the renovation of the Atlanta club stadium in Villa Crespo, next to the Movistar Arena. Since I was a child I have been a supporter of the club and this project, which is still in progress, is proof of the capacity and commitment we put into what we do and everything we get involved in.

We develop the design and direction of the construction of boxes, facades and improvements to the stalls and stands. This is giving us crucial visibility and will help us consolidate our position in the market.

What are your differentials in the sector?

My differentiating factor is the energy I put into each client/project that the company receives. All clients are treated as unique and valuable, knowing that they have my dedication and personal responsibility to successfully achieve the proposed objectives. It is my personal commitment to ensure that everything we propose is achieved successfully, in the agreed time and taking care of the client as part of this great family.

If you were starting over, what would you do differently?

Of course, like everyone, I have made mistakes along the way. At times, I trusted too much in people who didn’t deserve it. Although this trust is an integral part of my being, I have learned through experience to balance it and not suffer disappointment, a constant learning that has helped me grow both personally and professionally.
