Two of the most important pioneering associations in Europe announce that they have reached an agreement to form a new federation

This collaboration provides for the creation of a new representative body of sports directors and sports collaborators at an international level

Two of the most important pioneering associations in Europe to promote recognition of the work of sports management announce that they have reached an agreement to form a new federation, FIDSgoverned by its founding members.

From Italy, the Associazione Italiana Direttori e Collaboratori Soportivi (ADICOSP) and from Spain, the Association of Spanish Sports Directors (ADDE), have come together as founding associations of a new association at the international level.

Other countries with which they have started talks, such as Portugal, Morocco, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Germany, Serbia, the Czech Republic and Bolivia, will also be able to join the formation of their respective associations as soon as possible.

This collaboration provides for the creation of a new representative body of sports directors and sports collaborators at an international level, called FIDS (Fédération Internationale des Directeurs Sportifs), with headquarters in Lausanne (Switzerland), and subject to Swiss law.

Looking to the future, the founding associations They hope to hold talks with FIFA, UEFA, CONMEBOL, CONCAF, AFC, OFC and CAF in search of better solutions for the group represented by: Sports Directors, Technical Secretaries, Scouts, Analysts and Youth Academy Directors throughout world football.

The main objective of this new Federation is to create a new international organization that brings together and represents the entire group, to create an increasingly assiduous cooperation between all member countries and that officially recognizes the figure, supports, defends and promote your importance in today’s football world.
