The ADAC GT Masters will start the 2023 season from June 9th to 11th with an extraordinary event in Hockenheim.
The first two races will be held at the “Festival of Dreams”, an event organized by Porsche to celebrate the sports car manufacturer’s 75th birthday. In addition to the ADAC GT Masters, the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany and the Porsche Carrera Cup Benelux each hold two championship races in Hockenheim.
75 years of Porsche sports cars is the focus of the “Festival of Dreams”. The anniversary will not only be celebrated on the racetrack and in the paddock, the Porsche Experience Center will also be included in the event. Visitors can look forward to a colorful program for the whole family.
As early as 2019, the Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg was transformed into a Mecca for Porsche lovers: around 70,000 visitors took part in the “Sportscar Together Day”, 9,000 traveled in their own Porsche.
At the “Festival of Dreams”, the Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland is holding the third and fourth championship rounds. The 34th season gets underway at the event of the FIA World Endurance Championship WEC at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium. The other twelve races take place as part of the DTM.
The ADAC GT Masters kicks off the season in Hockenheim and will compete in a total of six events in the 2023 season, including for the first time in a long break at the German motorsport highlight at the Norisring (July 7th to 9th) together with the DTM and the ADAC Truck -Grand Prix at the Nürburgring (July 14th to 16th).
