The ACV is taking action on Wednesday before the Dutch-speaking court of first instance in Brussels, because the court has issued an order prohibiting strike posts in front of the shops and depots of supermarket chain Delhaize and Delhome in Brussels, Flemish Brabant and Puurs between 1 and 28 April. The Christian union opposes this and says that Delhaize does not respect the right to strike. About sixty members gathered in front of the court.
