The family of Halyna Hutchins, who died on the set, is not demanding anything from Baldwin.
Actor Alec Baldwin, 64, shot about a year ago Rust-a cameraman accidentally shot the film Halyna Hutchins to death. He was handling a prop gun that wasn’t supposed to have real bullets in it.
Baldwin later denied pulling the trigger.
The film’s production company was ordered to pay fines for the accident. Hutchins’ family, in turn, filed a lawsuit against Baldwin.
Now Baldwin is reported to have settled the lawsuit.

The shooting of the movie Rust, which was put on hiatus due to the shooting incident, is going to continue in January with the original cast.
– We no longer blame Mr. Baldwin. We believe that Halyna’s death was a terrible accident. I’m grateful that the film’s production team and the entertainment industry together have shown respect for Halyna’s last work, says Hutchins’ widow.
