The brand will be available immediately in these markets via e-commerce. Vuori is also available in select markets from wholesale partners such as Selfridges, Brown Thomas, Cotswold Outdoor, Barry’s Bootcamp and Bever. Vuori also plans to open a flagship store in London this year.
“We are proud to announce Vuori’s first-ever expansion outside of the United States,” said CEO Joe Kudla, who founded Vuori in 2015. “We are eternally grateful to our team for helping bring this shared vision to the bring them to life, and we’re excited to bring Vuori’s new perspective on performance apparel to those markets.”
expansion plans
The news of the expansion comes after Vuori was valued at $4 billion in October after receiving a $400 million investment from SoftBank Vision Fund 2.
The brand said at the time that it would use the investment to launch its omnichannel business in key markets in Western Europe and Asia-Pacific and open an innovation center in Taiwan.
The company also announced it will expand its product offering, make significant investments in infrastructure and people, expand its sustainability efforts and open more than 100 stores in its home market of the United States over the next five years.
